The Basics

My name is Amlaie Appleton, and I am a future teacher of English and Language Arts.  My ultimate goal is to be a high school guidance counselor, but at the moment I am enjoying working with students within English courses.  My family is pretty convinced that I will eventually become a librarian because my mother is a librarian and my two older sisters are also librarians... apparently librarians beget librarians.  I have nothing against librarians, but I belieive I have found my calling working with high school students in the classroom.
